Tomato Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 green chillies (deseeded and finely chopped)
  • 4oz (110g) red onion (finely diced)
  • 8oz (225g) tomatoes (chopped into small pieces)
  • 8oz (225g) cucumber (peeled and cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoon (45ml) fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
Method
Mix all the ingredients together.
Serving suggestion
serve with chopped vegetables.
