- 2 green chillies (deseeded and finely chopped)
- 4oz (110g) red onion (finely diced)
- 8oz (225g) tomatoes (chopped into small pieces)
- 8oz (225g) cucumber (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
- 3 tablespoon (45ml) fresh lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Mix all the ingredients together.
Serving suggestion
serve with chopped vegetables.
